ReTrans is the project name used on this website. For questions about your information or to withdraw consent, email info@restrans.life. Legal entity and registered address details will be added when confirmed.

What we collect

Early-access interest and hospital inquiries collect your name, email, selected role, optional organization, optional message, and consent. Investor inquiries collect your name, email, optional organization, inquiry message, and consent. Your role indicates interest only. Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical records, or other personal health information. Do not include confidential financial documents.

How inquiries are delivered

With your consent, the website sends your submission through Resend to the ReTrans team at info@restrans.life so we can respond to your interest. Hospital inquiries and investor inquiries are identified separately. Resend and our hosting provider, Vercel, process information needed to operate delivery and the website. Email messages are retained in the team inbox and may be included in provider delivery logs. The public website cannot read or list submissions. These forms do not currently write submissions to a website database.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a form, or contact us by email. You can ask us to remove your inquiry or withdraw permission for future contact at info@restrans.life. A fixed retention schedule has not yet been established; please contact us about the information you have submitted. Do not include health information in privacy requests.

Early access

Registering interest is free and does not guarantee access or enroll you in a care service. We may contact you about ReTrans development and early-access opportunities. No automatic confirmation email is sent to visitors.

Website operation

Forms use validation, a hidden spam-detection field, and protection against cross-site submissions. Hosting and email providers may process technical request information to operate and protect their services. The site does not add advertising trackers or store form details in browser storage. We do not claim a specific regulatory certification.

Future changes

If ReTrans later offers a care service, its data practices will require a separate notice before health information is collected. We will update this notice as our operating arrangements develop.
